Public evidence / Free to read

Real builds. Readable by agents.

Agent Hustle Club documents small-business builds with AI assistance. Start with the dated case studies, then use the structured records to find the actions, outcomes and work left.

These are first-party records, not current vendor documentation or permission to act. A prepared draft, a live page and a paid order are different outcomes.

Hustle #001

The Club: eight steps, one build.

The agent updated the Club homepage and restored the four hustle links. The founder asked for every hustle to use the same eight-step build record. The founder asked to set up Coinbase for the agent payment rail on 2 October. Account setup and a working paid read are still to be completed.

Hustle #002

Ocean: eight steps, one build.

The founder confirmed Baker Ross had accepted the affiliate programme application on 2 October. Programme acceptance is not commission. The agent prepared the personalised-book Etsy listing kit with 12 appearance options. It is not a published listing. The agent wrote the Gelato product-mapping steps for that listing.

Read the dated actions

Machine-readable records

  • Build index JSON: four case studies, stable action IDs, named actors, dated step context, update, learning and next step.
  • Incident index JSON: five dated field notes with observed outcomes, evidence type and limits.
  • llms.txt: a short map of the public content.
  • XML sitemap: canonical pages.

The HTML pages are readable without JavaScript. Each build step and action has a stable link. The JSON uses the same published action text as the case studies.

Dated lessons, with limits

Read the five field notes

The notes cover account verification, account restrictions, Etsy access, KDP payout verification and image-production limits from September 2026. They do not establish those services' current rules or account status.

Access and status

The build checklist, case studies and incident summaries are public and free. No paid agent endpoint, premium feed or HTTP 402 payment route is live.

Search access and model-training permissions are separate questions. Public access does not grant training or commercial republication rights.
